- To guarantee UPS Ground, please contact our support office.
- All orders prior to 12:00 PM CST M-F usually ship the same day. Otherwise, if ordered after will ship the following business day.
- If you are buying in bulk, please contact us for reduced shipping costs.
Returns
- If the package is opened, the return process must be started within 30 days after delivery.
- If the package is unopened, the return process must be started within 90 days of delivery.
- If the goods are defective, we will cover ALL the return and sending shipping fees.
- If you decide to return the product for any other reason, you may be subject to a restocking fee.
